1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the pwtoto website, mobile applications, and all related services accessible at pwtoto.cam and associated domains.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to pwtoto, the operator of this online betting platform.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User to access Platform services.
• "Services" include sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery), and all other gambling products offered through the Platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on any event or game available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other promotional offers provided by pwtoto.
• "Indonesian Banks" include but are not limited to Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and other licensed financial institutions operating in Indonesia.
• "E-Wallets" include OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other digital payment services supported by the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing Bets, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and pwtoto.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use pwtoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. pwtoto operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with Indonesian legal frameworks and international responsible gaming standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Location: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform. Users accessing our services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of local laws.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with pwtoto. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or payment method may be closed without notice, and all funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities either through pwtoto or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not create a new Account until the self-exclusion period has expired.
• Financial Solvency: You must not use the Platform if you are insolvent, bankrupt, or under any legal disability that would prohibit you from gambling or entering into financial transactions.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access pwtoto Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and Indonesian identification number (NIK from KTP). All information provided during registration is subject to verification.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pwtoto operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents for identity verification:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last three months
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by our compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pwtoto may result in Account restrictions, including limitations on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that fail verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pwtoto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pwtoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow others to access your Account, or use another person's Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

pwtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Other payment methods as may be added from time to time and communicated through the Platform

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. pwtoto does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified and compliant with KYC requirements
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed
• All active bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal, or you may choose to forfeit the bonus
• pwtoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times typically range from 2 to 5 minutes for automated bank transfers to BCA and BRI, 3 to 7 minutes for BNI and Mandiri, and up to 30 minutes for manual verification withdrawals. VIP tier members enjoy priority processing. pwtoto does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal administrative fee as disclosed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

pwtoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. Suspicious transactions, including deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary Account restrictions pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pwtoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are displayed on the promotional page and must be accepted before activating any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically count 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports bets with odds above 1.50 count 100%.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pwtoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Collaborating with other players to exploit bonuses (syndicate play)
• Placing bets on opposite outcomes to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to manipulate bonus conditions

Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account immediately suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent exclusion from the Platform.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the relevant sports governing body. For football betting, including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and Champions League matches, results are determined based on the final whistle of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Asian Handicap bets follow standard industry rules; if the handicap result is a draw (push), stakes are returned.

pwtoto reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspicious betting patterns. Live betting odds are subject to rapid change based on match developments; your bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet ID.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers and are subject to standard casino rules for baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other table games.

7.3 Togel (Lottery) Games

8. Prohibited User Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' Accounts
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Abusing customer support staff or using offensive, threatening, or abusive language
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pwtoto, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Loss of data, funds, or profits resulting from Platform malfunction
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Errors in odds, game results, or transaction processing, provided we act in good faith to correct such errors

pwtoto operates on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Active bonuses and loyalty points will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Termination by pwtoto

pwtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or present a risk to the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, we may withhold any funds in your Account pending investigation and resolution of any violations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and pwtoto. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction as mutually agreed.

By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against pwtoto.
